Business Intensive 1 is the first of three core intensives within the Professional Qualification in Business Finance.

Designed specifically for accountants and finance professionals moving from practice into industry, this two-day intensive explores how successful businesses create value, generate profit and make commercial decisions. Through practical discussion, real-world examples and interactive exercises, participants begin to develop the commercial understanding required to move beyond financial reporting and become trusted business partners.

Topics include business models, value creation, commercial awareness, business systems, organisational structures and the role of finance in supporting business performance.

This intensive is available exclusively to participants enrolled on the Professional Qualification in Business Finance.
